Refund policy

At N8Forged, each product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or buyer's remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@n8forged.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right by providing a replacement or refund when appropriate.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
